Jr Mathematicians K-2 (Wednesdays 3:00 pm)
Junior Mathematicians: Explore, Discover, and Learn!
Students dive into hands-on math projects and playful challenges that reinforce foundational skills such as counting, number sense, patterns, shapes, measurement, sorting, and early problem-solving. Through games, manipulatives, group activities, and creative projects, children build confidence and discover that math is fun.
What They’ll Do:
- Explore & Discover: Engage in hands-on activities and projects that bring math concepts to life.
- Develop Skills: Strengthen number sense, fine motor coordination, and critical thinking while having fun.
- Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Work with classmates to investigate, build, and solve challenges together, fostering teamwork and curiosity.
